About this opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Field Marketing to lead our regional marketing efforts and drive customer engagement. This pivotal role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing field marketing strategies that align with our business goals and build strong connections with our target audience.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in marketing at tradeshows and field marketing, thrives in fast-paced environments, and demonstrates exceptional leadership and collaboration skills.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing strategies to drive demand, generate leads, and increase brand awareness within the target market.

  • Collaborate with partner and sales teams to align marketing activities with business goals and ensure successful execution of campaigns.

  • Plan and execute localized marketing events, trade shows, and other field activities to engage potential customers and partners.

  • Create and manage budgets for field marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and measurable ROI.

  • Analyze and report on the performance of field marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking new opportunities to enhance marketing efforts.

Job requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in field marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
